I believe we all have the capacity to live with greater presence, connection, joy, and purpose. My work is about creating the space for people to reconnect with that capacity.

About me
For the past decade, I have worked at the intersection of human rights, peacebuilding, and holistic wellbeing, exploring a question that has guided both my personal and professional life.
What do we need, individually and collectively, to truly flourish and feel free and happy?
My journey of inquiry began when I studied Anthropology in Colombia, where I learned that transforming the world first requires understanding how people think, feel, relate to one another, and make meaning of their lives.
I went on to work alongside Indigenous and Afro-descendant communities across Latin America and Europe, learning about the many ways we understand ourselves, relate to the spiritual and natural worlds, and listen to the callings of our hearts.
In 2018, while working on the implementation of Colombia’s Peace Agreement with victims and former combatants, meditation came into my life and showed me how inner peace can be cultivated. This experience led me to train as a mindfulness and meditation teacher with the World Peace Initiative, after spending many weeks and nights in a meditation sanctuary in the heart of Thailand, under the guidance of Buddhist monks.

It was there, in the sanctuary, that I began to understand something that has stayed with me ever since: cultivating our inner world is one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves.
Since then, I have guided mindfulness and meditation practices for more than 1,900 people across 25 countries, while continuing to deepen my own practice.
My journey then led me to breathwork and embodied practices, where I discovered another dimension of wellbeing and happiness: our bodies hold our stories, our memories, and our capacity to experience life.
As a breathwork facilitator, I work with the breath, meditation, and mindful presence to support people in reconnecting with their body, mind, and spirit, regulating their nervous system, and cultivating greater joy, inner strength, and abundance.
My understanding of wellbeing also extends beyond ourselves. I have a deep connection with the ocean, mountains, and rivers. I am a scuba diver, I love nature, and I wanted to understand our relationship with the natural world more deeply. This led me to pursue an MSc in Environment and Development at the London School of Economics as a Chevening Scholar, alongside further studies in climate at Oxford.
To me, we are not separate from nature; we are nature.
Today, I bring these worlds together: the inner and the outer, body, mind and spirit, personal wellbeing and collective change, formal and informal knowledge. And I share them with presence, gratitude, and love.

Because the way we care for ourselves shapes how we show up in the world and how we relate to everything around us.
Work with me
Slow down, listen deeply, reconnect with what has always been within you.
1:1 Private Breathwork & Meditation Ceremony
In a private ceremony we create a safe, compassionate space where you can slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with what has always been within you.

Through breathwork, meditation, and mindful presence, we gently invite the nervous system to settle, allowing the body to soften, the mind to quiet, and the breath to guide the experience. There is nothing to force, nothing to perform, and nothing to become. Only the opportunity to meet yourself with curiosity, honesty, and kindness.
Each session unfolds differently because every person is different. Sometimes people experience profound calm. Sometimes forgotten emotions surface. Sometimes clarity emerges around a life decision, while other times the greatest gift is simply feeling present in their own body again. Whatever arises is welcomed with compassion and without judgment.
My work is rooted in the understanding that lasting wellbeing comes from reconnecting what has never truly been separate: body, mind, and spirit. When these three parts begin to work in harmony, we create the conditions for greater resilience, deeper joy, and a more authentic relationship with ourselves, with others, and with the world around us.
Every session is guided by a trauma-informed, person-centred, and holistic approach, honouring your unique story, your pace, and your own innate wisdom.
