I have always been deeply curious about what makes us happy and what allows us to build meaningful relationships with ourselves, with others, and with the planet.

That curiosity has taken me across continents, cultures, and disciplines, from anthropology to environment and climate, from gender and human rights to meditation, and from social transformation to breathwork.

Every teacher, mentor, colleague, community, and client I have encountered has shaped the person and facilitator I am today. I carry each of them with deep gratitude.
